Have you tried to buy one?

Probably be cheaper than having it repaired.

Repairs are typically limited to the irreplaceable for restoration.

electrical. pt# AL35166 I'm pretty sure the point where ane of the shafts sits (a precious stone?) is worn out and doesn't permit the needle float properly.
